I'm Magda, your friendly neighbourhood fitness instructor and body coach. With nearly 15 years of experience under my belt, I've been through it all – from high-energy dance-offs to the focused calm of holistic sessions. My jam is teaching group classes where we can sweat it out together in dance, hit the weights, or even take it down a notch with something more zen.

I'm all about body transformation, but who says you can't have your cake and eat it too? I believe in crafting a balanced lifestyle where great food and a happy, healthy body coexist. My Story

Growing up, I was always on the move, from ballet to tennis and swimming, and later, Latin dance. My passion for movement took a turn when I discovered Zumba in 2008 - it was love at first dance! This sparked my fitness instructor path. In the UK, I broadened my expertise with various qualifications and, after becoming a mother, I transformed my life and body, shedding 6 stone. That weight loss journey led me to weight training and eventually to the competitive world of bodybuilding. By 2021, I was proudly competing as a pro athlete. Now, I’m here to channel my journey and insights into helping you meet your fitness aspirations.
